Meet The Host

Alan Siege

Alan Siege is a seasoned small business management consultant based in New York City. With over twenty years of experience, he has significantly impacted the visibility and business models of numerous solo-professionals and small retailers.

Alan’s dedication to fostering entrepreneurship led him to establish The Pitch Show in 2019, a unique business pitch contest that offers a platform for early-stage startups to showcase their ideas in a fun, interactive environment at local bars and clubs. The show emphasizes supporting under-connected entrepreneurs striving to challenge industry giants.

Holding an MFA in Performing Arts Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Alan is also an accomplished educator who teaches business courses at various colleges throughout New York City. His dual passion for business and performance arts has made him a dynamic figure in both industries, often blending his skills as a professional storyteller, standup comic, and performance artist.

Alan’s personal life as a father to three children and husband to his wife, Anne, complements his professional endeavors, grounding him in the vibrant community of Brooklyn, which he affectionately terms the Center of the Creative Universe.
